If I had to sum up the last ten years of my career in one sentence, I’d say I went from translator to project manager, then entrepreneur, and finally People Manager at a tech company with over 100 employees.

This unique career path has shaped me professionally: I truly understand how crucial culture and values are to a company’s growth—without ever losing sight of business impact (and the cashflow!).
