Previously Mushin has been Chief Community Host & Web 2.0 developer for Gaiasoft/Gaiaspace, Inc., London. A passionate collaboration ecologist, he architected off-line and online environments, guided programmers and designed the interfaces.
Mushin, starting his career as social and street worker in Amsterdam, Netherlands, has hands-on experience as a community builder, coach and group process facilitator for over 3 decades in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic and Germany. Mushin has been a pioneer of social networking since the first online forums and is a prolific networker.
Mushin is the author of 3 books on human potential topics and has been a journalist for radio, TV and print media. He is a key-note speaker on topics ranging from collaboration platforms, governance & economy 3.0, and used to facilitate seminars and workshops.
