I'm a Computer Science graduate. After college I started up 3 companies and you might say that I was a little bit successful. I got myself an MBA and after that worked as CIO for a corporation and for the Portuguese Ministry of Justice. Nowadays, and since early 2008, I am general partner at Maverick, a seed/startup fund manager, currently managing the investments at SeedCapital SGPS where I also act as entrepreneur in residence. I'm a long time hacker (as in "tinkerer", not as in "criminal") and a long time guitar player. I'm also a gameplayer, though not that hardcore anymore.
