Michael V. Brandofino

Hi, I’m Michael Brandofino — a seasoned product marketing leader with over a decade of experience helping brands grow through storytelling, strategic positioning, and go-to-market execution. I’ve spent my career driving growth for B2B SaaS businesses, launching new products and services, and leading marketing strategy across startups and enterprise organizations. Most recently, I developed and scaled The 1803 Marketplace, an e-commerce platform dedicated to emerging golf and sports brands — growing it to over 30 partner brands and counting.

Now, I’m channeling my energy and experience into the toy industry — combining my background in brand building with my passion for creativity, play, and childhood development. I believe toys have the power to inspire, educate, and connect us, and I’m excited to help bring new ideas to life while supporting independent creators and small brands.

Outside of work, you’ll find me at the ballpark, discovering the next great toy, diving into a new video game, or traveling somewhere I’ve never been before with my family in tow. I’m driven by curiosity, fueled by community, and always looking for the next opportunity to make something meaningful — and fun.
