Hi! I am a 43 year old mom of 3 great kids. I have officially been diagonosed with the dreaded f- word {Fibromyalgia} for 3 years. Which greatly affects other f- words in my life like; freedom, fun, face time, fashion, feasibility, feelings, fatigue, frustration.. and dare I say it... sometimes I am foggier than the San Francisco Bay!

Because of fibro I have been found disabled (after a long fight and up hill battle) and am no longer able to hold any feasible work schedule. I have learned some of what to do and how to manage this newly (in history) diagnosed phenomenon and I want to help others as well as find a support group in my followers... as we struggle with this f-in, f-ing, f-word.

“Maybe you can afford to wait. Maybe for you there's a tomorrow. Maybe for you there's one thousand tomorrows, or three thousand, or ten, so much time you can bathe in it, roll around it, let it slide like coins through you fingers. So much time you can waste it.
But for some of us there's only today. And the truth is, you never really know.”
