I do this using my education, training and life experience in Health & Wellness Coaching, Yoga, Reiki and Birthwork. During my Health Coach training, I studied over 100 nutritional and dietary theories, life-changing coaching techniques and restorative/regenerative/healing arts for optimal atonement of mind body and soul. In addition to my life as a Holistic Health Practitioner, I have an abundance of experience in Non-Profit Management and Community Health lending to a love and comfort with various communities and people.
