Nalaz Lauz
A painting artist paying tribute to nature by showing its magic
Nalaz is a self-taught and passionate artist who explores the fascinating world of Visual Arts. She expresses herself mainly with: painting on canvas and Decorative Arts.
Born in Montreal in 1963 with a the nomadic soul, Nalaz traveled abroad and resided all over the province of Quebec before finding refuge in Val d'Or in Abitibi Témiscamingue (Québec, Canada) where she lives and work.
Located in the heart of the boreal forest, live in harmony with nature and be guided by it's her credo. Thus the symbolic creation fantasy-prone are a tribute to nature in all its glory and magic. Nature curious and interested, Nalaz loves exploring new medium, so to get the message she prefers mixed media but also often uses acrylic.
In order to give maximum body and realism to her work she often added relief, depending on the spur of the moment and continues her evolution in the Visual Arts through modern techniques Digital Arts and Web Design.
