I love México. My husband and I have lived in Mazatlán since 2007 - and we love living here more than we could have ever expected. But we also love to travel around México, normally taking several trips a year. Our blog is full of photo galleries, videos, links to other bloggers in Mexico as well as pages of links to useful sites about Mazatlán or México. You can even shop in my Mexico Store!

In June of 2011 I was asked to become a contributor to the Mexico Today – Marca País project. The project ended in December of 2011, but I enjoyed being a part of the team and writing for them about my favorite topic – México!

I also contribute to and manage the website The Truth About Mexico. I formerly wrote for M! Magazine, Mazatlán's favorite English language monthly paper. If you're in town you can pick up a copy for free many places or check it out online. You might have also seen the Vogue Knitting (Winter 2011/2012) on knitting in Mexico that included an interview and a few of my photos from Oaxaca!

I spent most of 2012 and part of 2013 undergoing chemotherapy for ovarian cancer. Thankfully my obsession with green tea, love of exercise, and my 30 year vegetarian diet gave me a great prognosis. My checkups have been perfect and I don't expect a recurrence.
