Natalie Cofield

A millennial that found inspiration at the nexus of business, community and politics, Cofield has carved a niche for herself as an entrepreneur, advocate, and speaker on all things diversity and business. A converted management consultant, economic fellow, and economic development director she currently serves as the President & CEO of the Capital City African American Chamber of Commerce in Austin and CEO of NMC Consulting Group. Through NMC, she provides advisement on business/supplier, human and corporate diversity strategies.

Her work has spanned continents, communities and corporations and can currently be found impacting lives and bottom-lines at organizations including the Merrill Lynch Foundation, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, United Negro College Fund, Carnegie Mellon University, University of Rochester and Howard University, among others.
