Nayda Figueroa is the founder and owner of Nayda and Co Insurance Services. She uses years of experience and continued education to assist her clients in them determining what might be the right plan for them.
In June of 2000 she was involved in a car accident while stopped at a red light. A car smashed into her car and she sustained serious injuries. At that time she was deemed to be fully disabled by Social Security. As a single mother of three she did not accept that determination. She worked diligently to get back to living the former life she had. Today you would not be able to tell that she was ever in any accident. Her upbeat personality and smile are what you first notice when she walks in the room.
Having raised her children she spends her time doing what she loves most. Her job is not just her career but her passion. Her compassionate attitude is prevalent in all her presentations.
Her eldest son JJ is a Computer Engineer currently studying for two additional degrees. He is married and has a young son Angel Aaron which Nayda loves spending her spare time with.
Her middle son Erik who is also an Engineer is an Airforce Veteran and currently working for a global aerospace and defense technology company.
Her daughter Carissa is currently away at college where she will graduate with two Bachelor degrees. She hopes to pursue her career in the Performing Arts while also utilizing her Business Bachelors degree in the family business.
On her spare time Nayda enjoys travel, volunteering, writing, fine dining, and discovering new adventures.
Nayda feels that living a life with integrity and honesty are the two most important characteristics she wants her children and clients to remember when thinking of her.
She takes a play on Albert Einsteins words in stating that "I do not just seek to be a woman of success but a woman of value."
