Over the years, Neal Marder has represented a vast array of corporations in matters of class action defense, helping clients resolve complex litigation cases involving torts, securities fraud, intellectual property, antitrust, and more. Mr. Marder has spent more than 10 years handling matters for such clients as Boeing, BP America, McDonald’s, Morgan Stanley, Prudential, and others, earning numerous accolades in the process. Among these, Mr. Marder appears in the past six editions of the U.S. News & World Report’s Best Lawyers in America, has been a Southern California Super Lawyer since 2007, and has been featured as one of Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Litigators in America. In addition, Neal Marder serves on the Strafford Class Action Advisory Board, the Boards of Bet Tzedek, and the Board of the American Business Trial Lawyers Association. He holds membership in the American Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the State Bar of California, Litigation Section.

Educated at the University of California, Los Angeles, and Loyola Law School, Neal Marder graduated cum laude from both schools and began his law practice in 1986. Mr. Marder worked in the Los Angeles office of Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal as of counsel and, later, partner. He is admitted to the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and Third Circuits; the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central, and Northern Districts of California; and all California state courts.
