Recruiting to me combines my twin passions: helping people realize their potential in the world and building businesses that get results.

Prior, I was an independent consultant for 5 years working with 100+ small businesses, non-profits and start-ups throughout the US including EKLA Home, TechForward, the Clinton Foundation, the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and Growthink. I wrote business plans, analyzed financials and provided operational direction.

I conceived of and co-founded AllergyHaven.com in 2006; I sold my share 2 years later.

I also ran PowerYoga in Santa Monica as the General Manager, growing it from $500K to $2million in annual revenue over 2 years (2004-2006).

I received my MBA from UCLA Anderson and BA from Dartmouth College.

I live in SF, grew up in Las Vegas, have a twin sister, apprenticed with a shaman for 3 years, and love nature, green smoothies and raw chocolate.
