Founded in 2004 by Dr. John Zhang, New Hope Fertility Center is dedicated to understanding the unique physiology of each patient and applying the state-of-the-art medical techniques that best suit her individual situation and needs. From its original location in New York City, New Hope has expanded internationally to open additional full-service clinics in Mexico and China.

With a large staff of experienced medical doctors operating clinics and referral centers in four countries around the world, New Hope Fertility Center emphasizes a gentle, caring, and natural approach to in-vitro fertilization. By employing innovative minimal-stimulation and natural cycle IVF, the center allows its patients to reduce or avoid the protracted regimen of daily injections that are commonly associated with IVF procedures. By curtailing the amount of drugs necessary to achieve a healthy pregnancy, New Hope Fertility Center not only significantly reduces the cost of IVF treatment but also lowers the risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. This condition, commonly brought on by IVF hormonal medications, causes ovaries to become swollen and sore, and in severe cases can cause permanent damage.

Dr. Zhang continues to be on the cutting edge of fertility treatment, and in February 2012, he traveled to China to undertake a procedure that surgically transferred healthy ovarian tissue from one patient to another in order to restore fertility. Working with twin sisters, Dr. Zhang and his colleague Dr. Sherman Silber transplanted the tissue in an effort to treat a case of premature ovarian failure. This type of groundbreaking fertility surgery was the first of it's kind in China.
