BSI’s Education Sector Representative, charged with raising awareness and participation in standardization throughout the education sector.

I have lectured for BSI to postgraduate and undergraduate students at a diverse range of universities, including University College London, and , reassessing how standardization is currently taught and looking at the contextual theories and process of standardization over the standards themselves.

I represent BSI and the UK on the CEN/CENELEC/ETSI Joint Working Group on Education about Standardization, on the Joint Working Group’s Masterplan Task Force and I lead the Joint Working Group’s Task Force for Consultation and Partnering.

I also authored 'Higher Education and Standardization: Knowledge Management between Generations' a report that explores the benefits of higher education and standardization when transferring societal and industrial knowledge as generations leave the economy.

Any views and music tastes you might see from me are strictly personal and don't represent BSI.
