I believe that food is our medicine and that medicine is our food. We can have nearly everything we need to eat and drink to keep us healthy in mind, body and spirit growing in our gardens, on our doorsteps, on our windowsills and in our green spaces. No matter how small the space or how much concrete - there is always space to grow. I help people plan, create, plant, maintain and use food medicine gardens.
