Life is, and always has been an adventure for me, with a new discovery at every turn and a trail to blaze at every encounter.

I started my first business when I was 16. I have gone from the villages of Viet Nam to the sprawling factories of Thailand. I have sailed across the high seas of Europe while creating and experimenting with new technologies. I have traded in exotic products and pioneered new ways in getting things done with whatever I had in hand.

These days, I advise Asian government agencies and institutes of higher learning. I consult and lend my experience to Asian companies and mentor budding Asian entrepreneurs. In my free time, I run a maritime technology services company and am an early stage investor in tech startups.
