Nicholas Fortuna

Nicholas Fortuna, a managing partner at Allyn & Fortuna LLP, assists corporate and commercial clients in New York and New Jersey with a variety of legal needs. He has extensive experience in employment law and litigation matters contract disputes, and real estate and construction issues. Over the course of his career, Nicholas Fortuna has represented restaurant chains, manufacturing firms, real estate developers, and numerous clients in other industries. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York; the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Before beginning his legal career, Nicholas Fortuna earned his juris doctor from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College, where he won both the Touro Law School Fellowship and the Faculty Distinguished Scholar Award en route to graduating cum laude. Since that time, he has pursued legal education through programs such as the International Law Program offered by Suffolk University.
