Nick Lagos

A New York native, I have lived and worked in the New York Metro area the vast majority of my life, but also North Carolina (Research Triangle), Orlando Florida (Mickey's backyard) and I've traveled extensively throughout Europe.

An Entrepreneur at birth, I've always viewed the world with an "off-center" perspective obsessively questioning EVERYTHING, wondering "Why are things the way they are?" "How can "it" be done/made/organized, differently/ better?"

Bored to "tears" by the status-quo, I'm always "shaking things up", sometimes for better, sometimes for worse, but always with an eye towards learning.

I've come to understand through 20+ years in business, of the 3 tenets of successful companies:

"People, Process and Product",

I enjoy the "People" part of the equation the most. As such, I've spent the past 10+ years of my career focusing on "People" within the framework of Executive Recruiting and Career Coaching in High-Tech environs' working with Brilliant Software Engineers, Sales, Marketing and Operational wizards who have taught me how to be human.
