I am a seasoned IT and general business professional with the lion's share of two decades experience in multiple countries, cultures and industries. I use my epic blend of magic (technical background) and kung-fu (business and people acumen) to help individuals, teams and organisations achieve awesome.

I have many hats and sometimes wear more than one at a time. I am a Manager, Leader, Service Delivery Manager, Operations Manager, Process Guru, Creative Technologist, Business Coach & Mentor, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Author and Philanthropist. These all aid me in my pursuit to innovatively, yet simply, solve problems and enhance solutions via my company, phuel.

Process and tools are enablers, not barriers. We manage them, they do not limit us. We are only limited by our own ambition.  There are footprints on the moon, so don't tell me the sky is the limit.

For 2012 my personal goals are to do some fun stuff while raising money and awareness for charity, as well as completing study to be a personal fitness professional.  Wish me luck! :)
