
I am a visual artist and poet who was born in Birmingham, England in 1953.
I attended the Moseley Secondary School of Art from 1965-1972 and completed a Bachelor of Fine Art at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1977 followed by a Fellowship in Painting at Sunderland Polytechnic in 1978.
I have exhibited widely throughout the Caribbean and Europe. My work is included in major public and private collections in Barbados and Europe.
I am also a published poet who is represented in several anthologies published by the University of the West Indies and the National Cultural Foundation.
As an adult l started to study the piano. I continue to work towards greater accomplishment in my practice.
I live and work in Barbados, Finland and the United Kingdom.
