Nicola Pavone
To visualize sound. Is it a paradox? Surely additions emerge from a dialogical interplay between sound and image. A new generative process is born out of their synergy.
And when the projector’s beam, tired of the usual flat screen, discovers new surfaces on which to lean, these become windows and mirrors from where Alice can look out to myriads of new worlds! The projected beam is finally awake, playfully pulsating with the music, seeking a taste of movement, chasing the dancers, covering them in luminescent fabrics of impossible colors.
