I have always had a deep appreciation of maps and the art of cartography, an interest I explored widely in my early employment choices in the field of Geographic Information Systems, and more recently Perfomance Management.

I strive to make the most of any opportunity that presents itself, looking at how I can assist an organisation in not only understanding its performance, but working with it to understand how the initiatives being implemented can be evaluated and subsequently refined to support and promote a culture of continual improvement.
