A Tai Chi and Chi Kung teacher, specialising in Lam Style Tai Chi and Zhan Zhuang Chi Kung ( standing postures ), 19 years with Master Lam Kam Chuen who developed Lam Style Tai Chi and Golden Ball Tai Chi.

Using a mixture of health exercises from different Chinese arts, exercises can be tailored to suit many different needs, such as people with balance issues and those recovering from illnesses like strokes. Suitable for any level of health, can be done standing, sitting or lying down.
