Nigel is an insurance technology (InsurTech) expert and was previously the former UK head of insurance at Capgemini. Nigel has advised UK and European insurance companies on major systems replacements and technology transformation projects helping to improve the customer and broker experience. Nigel is one of the leading members of the InsurTech global movement and has been a mentor for many startups, including at the StartupBootcamp InsurTech programme.

He has over 15 years experience in sales leadership and solution based sales, bringing emerging technologies to market in EMEA Including CRM & Contact Centre, Sales and Incentive Compensation Management and Front Office Optimisation.

Interests: Since 2005, Nigel has served as Trustee for Hertsmere Leisure, a charity set up to promote community sport, recreational and arts service as well as the being the single largest provider of Children's Centres in the UK.

Nigel is a keen cyclist and newbie runner, all just trying to staying healthy while raising money for good causes.

Personal: Nigel lives in London and is married with two children.
