Nikhil Shah is the Product Lead at INNsight, where he drives the design, development, and strategic direction of INNsight.com. Since the platform’s inception, he has played a key role in shaping its product vision, leading cross-functional teams, and integrating innovative technologies such as AI and automation to enhance scalability, performance, and user experience. With an Executive Master’s in Technology & Marketing from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), Nikhil combines deep expertise in product management, technology, and business strategy to deliver impactful digital solutions aligned with INNsight’s mission.

Before joining INNsight, Nikhil gained diverse experience across the hospitality and information technology sectors, having worked with global brands like JW Marriott and ORIX. This background provides him with a unique perspective that blends customer-centric thinking with technical and operational excellence. Outside of work, he is passionate about social causes, animal welfare, and travel, drawing inspiration from new experiences to fuel creativity and leadership.
