Nishad Khan

An alumnus of the University of Central Florida, Nishad Khan continued his education at Seton Hall Law School, earning his Juris Doctor in 2003. Throughout his law studies, Khan maintained a commitment to helping individuals in need, working with those who could not afford legal representation. He worked primarily in the fields of human rights abuses and political asylum, appearing frequently in immigration courts. Upon receipt of his J.D., Nishad Khan continued his commitment to service work, joining a nonprofit that granted legal aid and advice to individuals who had suffered hate crimes or other forms of discrimination. He also completed a judicial externship under the auspices of Judge A. Thomas Mihok in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Orange County's Civil Division. In this role, Khan gained significant experience with procedural issues. Today, Nishad Khan offers focused services through his own firm in Orlando, Florida, where he concentrates on real estate, property, and transactional law. He frequently helps clients with sales, acquisitions, debt structuring, and business entity formation. In addition, he assists with wills, trusts, wealth preservation, and business planning. Outside of work, Khan is active in his local community, working to help underrepresented populations and ensure that all children have access to a bright future. To that end, he serves as the President of the Board for the Florida Literacy Coalition and as Secretary of the Board for the Conductive Education Center of Orlando.
