• Experience Professional with a strong record of client satisfaction and motivated individual who consistently perform in challenging environments. Participate in Pre Sales Consulting activities, process and solution design for implementation of CRM projects with an end to end projects deployment.
• Experienced in working client site and collaborating with Global team (APAC, EMEA, USA) Roles performed including requirement analysis, design, and implementation, gap analysis, security analysis with checkmarks reports, Project Scope, POC, Technical and functional documentation.
• Good hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Marketing, Accounting, Production Planing •Domain Knowledge: Real E-State, E-commerce, Manufacturing, Education, Energy and Utilities.
• Capable of working independently with minimum supervisions and committed to providing high-quality consultancy.
• Experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics Cloud, Commerce Cloud and Community Cloud Platform
• Active Salesforce Developer and User Group Volunteer over Salesforce Success Community (INDIA)
