He is the Founder/President and CEO of Perfection Real Estate Group of Companies Limited a core real estate development and investment company, the promoters of "Perfection Estate" a national real estate project that provides a platform for housing development, home ownership, land acquisition, wealth creation and investment opportunities in real estate. Perfection Estate is currently in over 14 different locations across Nigeria being Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Anambra, Enugu and still counting

Dr. Niyi Adeleye has built a business structure comprising of professionals in virtually all the fields relating to real estate such as Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Builders, Engineers, Land Surveyors, Lawyers, Financial Analyst etc in the discharge of projects and business operations.
Dr. Niyi Adeleye is a graduate of accounting and finance from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and The Polytechnic Ibadan and have undergone so many other trainings in real estate, marketing, project management etc with so many awards and honours to show such as Doctorate degree from the British American University, Florida USA in Real Estate Development and Corporate Governance.
