I’m Nosike Nwigene, and I bring over a decade of experience in marketing, communications and external relations roles.

My work in strategic storytelling integrates public relations, content (strategy + tactical), digital engagement, partnerships and experiential. I've applied these to retail, tech, enterprise, policy, global development, climate finance and political campaigns.

Previously, as a PR Account Manager at InsiderPR (now consulting), I've connected startups, VCs, regulators and social impact leaders in Africa, MENA, LatAm and India with global stakeholders, from investors to journalists, and partners. I also support communications at CIF, a pioneering multilateral climate fund at the World Bank with $12.5B pledged and $57B mobilised to drive climate action across 80+ countries.

On a typical day, I:

• Advise on external engagement, manage key relationships to align visibility and goals.
• Position leaders/orgs as credible voices on the global stage.
• Land press features and speaking slots for them.
• Shape and deliver key messaging across brand journalism, press releases, op-eds, social, email, web, and broader campaigns.
• Direct editorial output, managing content pipelines from ideation to distribution.

I also excel in demand generation and leveraging social media and digital tools to help experts stand out.

To date, I've driven PR, social media, and content programs for 60+ founders, tech startups, and VCs across emerging markets.

Volunteer + Additional Roles:

• Advisor: Counsel government agencies on digital comms, policy messaging, and African startups on external relations.
• CivicTech Fellow, Code for Africa: Advised on media and digital strategies to promote open government and transparency across 55 African nations (aligned with the African Union Democracy Charter).
• Advocacy, Nigeria Startup Act: Fielded media enquiries; developed and edited a wide range of editorial content.
• UNDP RSF: Worked in local media relations, public outreach, and social media campaigns for UNDP Nigeria’s Regional Stabilization Facility in the Lake Chad Basin.

My other interests are the attention economy, sports business and the impact of misinformation. I'm also obsessed with tech culture, headlines, and how ideas travel.
