Norm Gretzinger

A financial executive with more than 20 years of experience, Norman (Norm) Gretzinger is a co-founder and managing director at EG Capital, located in New York City. In this capacity, he guides the firm’s private equity acquisition strategies and portfolio development. Norm Gretzinger has led multiple businesses to successful exit; one such company was Waterpik, which sold for more than $400 million. In addition to securing large transactions, he vets hundreds of consumer product companies as potential investments in the United States and Canada.

Norm Gretzinger previously oversaw mergers and acquisitions at the North American consumer division of JP Morgan Chase in New York. Among other responsibilities, he trained and supervised a staff of investment bankers.

Norman Gretzinger completed a bachelor’s degree in communication at the University of Alberta, where he received the Peter Lougheed Leadership Award. He later received his JD from Columbia University. While attending Columbia, he edited the school’s law review.
