I am a stay-at-home mom, fitness fanatic and lover of life. I enjoy meeting new people that are ready to change their lives for the better.

A little about me. I've always been the girl that procrastinated on everything and just told myself that I would start things when the timing and circumstances were perfect, or I said I'd start next Monday, especially when it came to fitness. At some point I realized that I was wasting so much time. If I had started when the thought entered my mind, I could already be a month down the road and 5lbs lighter. Instead I was always at a standstill because I kept waiting for Monday to arrive, and once Monday came around, I would make another excuse not to start. It was a vicious cycle.

A few years ago, I decided it was time to get healthy. My weight had creeped up over the years and I wasn't comfortable in my own skin. So I joined a gym. I committed to working out 1-2 hours daily and ended up losing 10lbs and 8% body fat. About a year later, I became pregant. During my pregnancy, I gained 50lbs, and by the time I gave birth, I was 204lbs. I lost 20lbs in the first few weeks after having my csection. Then as soon as the doctor OKed me to work out, I gave it my all. I started T25 and lost 10lbs. After T25, I began Insanity and lost another 20 lbs. Now that I have lost all the baby weight, my next goal is to lose another 10-15lbs and tone my whole body with the Tone It Up Girls and Kayla Itsines' Bikini Body Guide.
