Getting our world on a more sustainable path is the biggest challenge of our time, and my commitment is making the solution to that challenge the legacy of my generation.

What I enjoy the most is mobilizing people and organizations, across sectors, cultures and borders, to collaborate towards common visions. I try to make the process as empowering, inspiring, envelope-pushing, open, and fun as possible. And yes, that can very well mean performing a rap for the right cause.

I started by building youth movements in the field of engineering education, in Europe, then globally. I explored ways to improve youth participation in decisions that affect them, and failed. Third time's the charm: I found my home in the sustainable development community, and have pitched my eco-friendly tent there ever since.

When I'm not busy changing the world, you can usually find me in the quiet of my room, where I enjoy long periods of solitary reflection. I plan everything (including unplanned time). I love reading, as long as it's something that either makes me think, or helps me develop a new habit. I have a recently found love for scuba diving. I cook, and enjoy it most when I do it for others.

I'm a proud member of the Sandbox Network.
