Initially from France, I came to the US in 2007, lived in the Bay Area for 8 years then moved to Las Vegas.

I dedicate most of my time to my work with Holacracy. After years helping organizations shift to self-management, there is no doubt to me it's the direction the future of work is taking. On a quest to show people a different way to organize power. And have fun along the way.
