In 2008, I founded b-spirit, a consultancy that provides strategic Enterprise 2.0 services.

In 2010, I founded the Swiss Community Managers Association.

In 2012, I co-founded Net-Academy, a training academy in digital communications and Social Media.

In 2016, I became a city councilor in my hometown.
