Is currently Technical Support Engineer at Palo Alto Networks. He is graduated from the Oxford Brookes University, and the ESI SUPINFO with his double MSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and in Communications.

He worked as System and Networks Technician at INTERPOL, as Technical Support Team Leader at Vinashore, as Network Engineer at BNP Paribas and at Orange Business Services, as Assistant Consulting Engineer at Cisco Systems, as Trainer at ESI SUPINFO. His research interests are on computer networks, optimization of networks, network complexity, and energy efficiency.

Mr. Zheng is currently member of IEEE, member of IEEE Communications Society, member of IEEE Computer Society, and member of IAENG.
