Where I am NEEDED!
A brand strategist, communications consultant and concepts developer, 'Femi-Bellos' as called is an Ambassador of the Redeemer’s University, with special interests in Events and Corporate Communications/Public Relations and also, a Social Media enthusiast. Also an alumnus of the prestigious University of Lagos, he is a holder of an executive master’s certificate in project management.
His media feel spans from his undergraduate days where he served as pioneer PRO of the departmental association before being elected PRO of the larger University student body (RUNSA). He was an editor of the departmental newspaper (RUN Chronicle) and magazine (RUN Pearl) which are still in circulation. He gained valuable broadcast experience during internships with the Nigeria Television Authority (NTA 10 Lagos), World Dove Media Plc and Liveway Internet radio and TV. He has contributed in a number of publications and has served as a consulting editor for a gender-based publication circulating outside the country.
Known as one who speaks articulately, Femi-Bellos has facilitated in some conferences and workshops nationwide and where he is not speaking, training or participating, he is anchoring the event itself. He is a member of the World Youth Alliance, an online United Nations volunteer, a member of the Just Means social network and an administrator of Urban Action Forum (an online forum).
"Unapologetically" Nigerian from Oyo State (South-West Nigeria), Femi-Bellos is an effervescent volunteer who believes in human capacity building as a bane for national development. His volunteering experience dates back to 2008 with organizations such as Inspire Team, Virgin Outdoor Ltd, MADi, SMWLagos '13 putting him under the leadership of industry leaders such as Richmond Dayo Johnson, Kunle Hamilton, Tosin Dokpesi, Obi Asika, N'dada Vaz, Amb. Stephen Oguntoyinbo, Amb. Dayo Israel and a host of others.
He is an innovative individual who sees creativity and innovation as the key to success while combining teamwork with strong communication and management skills.
