I started my professional career more than twenty two years ago and I’ve worked for small to large companies, mainly focused in the US and global market. I’ve led technical teams serving fortune 500 customers from Colombia, including Banking, Entertainment, e-commerce and High
tech. (Apple and Google). I’ve led small to large tech organizations from 10 to 300 Engineers. I’ve managed multi time zone engineering teams where I also recruited exFAANG engineers.
In my startup experience, I’ve helped to achieve 2 successful exits, one sustainable business and helped grow one health tech unicorn in the bay area. This is currently a series D startup that continues to grow. I act as tech advisor for a LATAM venture studio, where I’ve helped two companies mature their technology to raise over 40M us dollars combined together. I’ve also
experienced startup failure, and I’ve been part of a series of companies that have shutdown operations.
It’s my intention to help organizations grow, stabilize their technology products and solidify their tech teams. Grow future tech leads and engineering managers that can own and take bigger challenges in the future, and positively impact the lives of all the people around tech.
