Omar Abdo

Dr. Omar Abdo finished graduate training in advanced combined prosthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1998 and then obtained his Master of Science in Oral Science from the Graduate College at the University of Illinois in 2002.

Dr. Abdo specializes in the area of prosthodontics, also known as prosthetic dentistry or dental prosthetics, which is one of nine separate specialties that the American Dental Association recognizes. Dr. Omar Abdo’s work in prosthodontics involves planning and carrying out treatments to restore teeth and other oral structures that require prosthetic replacements. This also includes some rehabilitative work, as well as making replacements in a way that returns a patient’s smile to normal as much as possible.

Dr. Omar Abdo founded the Jupiter Institute for Prosthodontics & Implant Dentistry, located in Jupiter, Florida. Established in 2005, this institution boasts state-of-the-art technologies and uses implants made from the latest biocompatible materials. The institute pioneers the use of advanced ceramics that facilitate conservative reconstructive and cosmetic treatments.
