Osama is currently global director of communications at Amnesty International where he oversees brand, news and media, creative, digital engagement and growth.

Prior to Amnesty he has been head of comms at Al Jazeera Media Network and a Scottish National Party advisor.

The teams he has led over the years have picked up numerous international awards including Titanium and Grand Prix for Good at the Cannes Lions, Best of Show at the One Show, an EMEA SABRE, an APAC SABRE, and a Global SABRE for one of the 40 best campaigns in the world in 2015. He is listed in PR Week's Power Book of the UK's most influential communicators.
