Oh yes, there are many who say it is not possible. I simply respond, "that thinking is the only reason you have yet to experience it." A world that works for everyone is possible and the road there is simple. It begins with respecting and in fact honoring others no matter their beliefs, opinions and views on anything. If one takes an action or actions that infringes upon one's well being they must then engage in a conversation I call a conversation for possibility where what is sought is "that which works" not that which might be considered Right or wrong.
