Based in Panama, Oxford Consulting and Hilt Tatum IV provide advising in areas such as health care, timber, hotel development, technology, and more. Hilt Tatum IV has guided Oxford Consulting into private equity investing, global human resource management, international finance, tax law and structuring, and labor law, to name but a few of the company’s many areas of expertise. Educated at the University of Montana, Eckerd College, and the Institute for American Universities in France, Hilt Tatum IV possesses comprehensive expertise in international business. In his spare time, Hilt Tatum IV pursues fishing, golfing, and other activities, and he participates in the Game Fish Organization and the HJS Golf Organization. Hilt Tatum IV makes his home in Panama City, Panama, and takes great pleasure in expanding his horizons through travel. Moreover, Hilt Tatum IV continues to prioritize charitable endeavors, and he is the founder of Project Joy Panama. Hilt Tatum IV also makes contributions to Children of Darien, a Panamanian organization; the American Red Cross; and Save the Children, one of the most prominent independent organizations assisting children both in the U.S. and worldwide.
