I am a Coach, Group Facilitator and Organisational Consultant. I am also an ordained Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Counsellor.

I am co-founder of The Quest, which delivers workshops, 1-1 coaching and personal development events for Gay Men.

One of my passions is stories, so do join me sometime by 'OutTales around the Fire', a site I created for same gender loving people to share tales about their life journey. In my spare time, I dabble in the art of improvisation, as it allows me to unleash my inner child, who once upon a time was starved of playing.

I divide my time between London and Amsterdam.
