Ade Adeniji

I am a Coach, Group Facilitator, Organisational Consultant and Storyteller. I am also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-Candidate.

I have always been drawn to what lies beneath the surface of our day-to-day lives; that search took me down many paths, and In 2002 it led me to The Interfaith Seminary. In 2004, I was ordained as an Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Counsellor.

I am co-founder of The Quest, a UK-based Social Enterprise that delivers workshops, coaching and personal development events for Gay Men.

One of my passions is stories, so do join me sometime by 'OutTales around the Fire', a site I created for same gender loving people to share tales about their life journey. In 2012, I co-authored the anthology "Love Me As I Am: gay men reflect on their lives" and in 2014, I contributed to the anthology "Black and Gay in the UK".

I have over 20 years’ experience in human resources and personal development, spanning the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. I was Human Resources Director with Liberty Global Europe, a digital media company, with responsibility for the UK, Netherlands, Spain and Central Europe. Prior to that, I was Head of Human Resources with Guardian News and Media Ltd. I have held other HR roles with ITV, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Cabinet Office and the Government Legal Service.

My personal and professional intention is to be a catalyst for personal & social transformation and awakening.

I divide my time between London and Amsterdam.
