I am a photographer and digital artist who enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing and just plain getting outside and wandering around. I carry my camera with me wherever I go and hope for those perfect moments when the light is just right. For me, Photography is an art form that requires patience and skill. I spend hours getting the light and compositions just right in my photographs. This might mean circling a subject looking for the exact moment that I see what it is I am searching for.

The best images are hidden from all but the most avid explorers. It is essential to me to find the hidden beauty in my creation and not just present another frame to an audience. I am attempting to always create something that is unique and unusual in every image. To expose the hidden pleasures that are all around us waiting to be discovered.

If I am not shooting a job for a client that can mean wandering on trails looking for the best expression of a moment. Other times I set up my studio and work on Macro photographs of glass and other art objects. When I am done photographing, I want to make my images as unique as I can. To express the moment or object in a new way. To make it mine and share my vision.
