I lead organizational teams that are responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, maintenance and business partner support of web and software applications—from the corporate environment to the non-profit organization sector.

I co-founded Rikter Corporation in 1999 to provide web design and software application services. I then shifted the company's focus in 2002 toward an emphasis on web standards and responsive design methodologies. I have also designed custom software solutions for web-based automated electronic newsletter sending applications.

Project Organization and Leadership: I communicate (or at least darn well try) with various levels of the organization. I'm an articulate leader who can create relationships, address complex issues, and develop talented teams to deliver projects on-time and within budget.

Speaking and Seminars: I regularly conduct seminars and advise corporations on adopting a standards-based architecture for their web applications.
