BILL PALMER is a guitarist, composer/musician and an educational author.
He has performed on approx. 9 independently released studio albums to date, recorded music for film, received international awards and recognition for his own compositions, gigged with countless covers and original bands, toured Australia 3 times with independent artists and bands, written an instructional jazz-theory book that has been sold worldwide and has guested as an instructional contributor to "Guitarist Australia" magazine.
In addition, Bill is endorsed by Fender / Charvel guitars and has worked in the past as a product demonstrator for Roland / Boss corporation in Australia.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Music degree (jazz guitar performance) from the Adelaide Conservatorium of Music, a Masters of Music post-graduate degree (jazz guitar performance) from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music, a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Bill has also been offered PhD candidature at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music (music composition major) which he is expected to complete in 2013.
