Paola Rigiroli

I'm from Milan where I studied psychology with a specific orientation on Training and Creative Methods of Learning and Developement in Organizations. I've been working with Outdoor Training, Theater, Art, Movies and creative training techniques during 10 years all around the world. I've lived in Italy, in Spain and spent a lot of time travelling and working - both in Europe and abroad. After a long period designing and giving training to small and big teams, fostering their human and professional developement, I've started studying coaching, and a clinic specialization of psichology called ArtTerapy. ArtTerapy is a clinical way to work using art in the terapeutical session with the client that allows him/her to connect with internal conflicts, needs, doubts, insincts in a natural way, by using techniques like a game or analiyzing a dream. Just expressing emotions through art, the person represents different feelingsmoving them outside and in a safe setting with a terapist who is giving support, contention and listening. I've been working with adolescents, childrens, adults individually or groupal. Using this method in the organizations, as well, with high performance teams or professionals, I've been able to drive people to connect with their internal part and from this starting-point connecting with their collaborators in a different way: using empathy, listening, copying the conflicts, communicating in a effective way, for example. I strongly believe in the values of a person and the importance to feel comfortable with ourselves in and out our work/family context.
