Pascal St-Jean is the Director of Business Development & Project Management at Citadel Rock Online Communities Inc. with over 10 years of experience in technology consulting and IT management. Prior to joining Citadel Rock, Pascal was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of PicSphere Technologies and has also been employed by Statistics Canada and the Canadian Department of National Defence. Since then, he has been instrumental in growing Citadel Rock's consulting business, and is a hands-on project manager and account manager for large scale projects deployed by Citadel Rock.
