Alexander Pasternack

Hello world!

I am a writer and video producer with an interest in technology, design, the environment and fun. I have written for places like Time, Domus, New York Observer, Foreign Policy, Treehugger, Architectural Record, The Guardian, New York Magazine, and Slate. I am the founding editor of and producer for the VICE future culture website Motherboard.

I love thinking about the future of cities. I'm a co-founder and director of Bandwagon (formerly Weeels), the sweet taxi-sharing app suite and taxi line management tool.

Sometimes, I speak in public about all these things, preferably not just to myself.

My preferred operating system is windows, especially the ones on trains.

Email me here.
