Pastor Adam Barton

In 2011, Pastor Adam Barton joined ICU Mobile as Director of Ministry Development. ICU Mobile is a nonprofit that reaches out to pregnant women considering abortion and offers free services, including sonograms, while sharing the gospel in a non-judgmental and safe environment. The ministry organization goes to women across the nation through a fleet mobile ultrasound vehicles. Prior to taking on his current position, Pastor Adam Barton served as Director of Spiritual Formation and Apologetics at Riverwood Community Chapel in Kent, Ohio, where he led evangelistic outreach and developed new discipleship curriculums. The minister also spent a decade with The Chapel in Akron, Ohio, and served as Director of Ministry Partnerships at Spokane Turbine Center in Spokane, Washington.

Pastor Adam Barton earned a B.A. and a M.A. in English from the University of Akron. He holds a M.A. in religion from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and is currently pursuing additional graduate education. The pastor and his wife live in Akron with their two sons. He enjoys time with his family, art museums,teaching people the Bible and how to defend the faith.
