Pat Estes

Pat Estes is a an Assessment Analyst within the Office of Institutional Research at Edgewood College, where he is responsible for overseeing the design, administration, and analysis of institutional surveys and assessments. Additionally, Pat is in charge of creating meaningful reports that highlight key findings from assessments, which are used campus-wide in key decision making processes.

Pat holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Whitewater, where he studied Psychology and Human Resource Management. Pat began his involvement in SHRM in 2007 as a member of the UW-Whitewater student chapter. During his college career, Pat served as the Campus Representative for the Association for Psychological Sciences (APS) and peer-reviewer for the Student Research Award grant. Pat has continued his involvement in professional development activities as an active member of Greater Madison Area (GMA) SHRM chapter, South Central Wisconsin Chapter (SCWC) of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), and the Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
